  3. Midday Music: Irish Music with Alex Caton & Pat Egan

    Enjoy a musical journey through Ireland with fiddle tunes and claw hammer banjo performed by Alex Caton and Irish guitarist and vocalist Pat Egan. A native England and Scotland who now resides in Gordonsville, Caton is the founder of the Mountain Road Fiddle Camp, held annually in West Virginia, and was nominated for a Virginia Heritage Award for her dedication to the preservation and continuation of traditional music forms. Pat Egan hails from County Tipperary, Ireland, and has toured across the U.S. and in Europe. Caton and Egan recently collaborated on the recording, Fiddle Tune and Ballads.
