Renovations are expected to start in November. These drawings from BCWH architects give you a glimpse of how the new space will look.

Change for Children
Make a difference each time you collect a baby food jar full of change. Baby food jars are available at the front desk to take home, fill with change, empty into our big jar, and repeat as often as possible.  Each jar emptied gets one chance in a drawing for like-new books from the Friends of the Library.

Help support Waynesboro Library

Enjoy a cup of coffee. You’ll find the stand located across from the front desk, so pick up a newspaper, magazine, or good book and sit down to a hot cup of coffee. Each cup is 50 cents.

Donate used ink cartridges and cell phones to be recycled. The drop box is located beside the copier.

NEW! Buy a gift set comprised of our sophisticated WPL travel mugs; note cards made by local photographer, Deb Booth; a reusable canvas bag; and a bumper sticker, all for only $20. Each item can also be purchased separately.

Proceeds from these fundraisers benefit the renovations.

Mission:

The purpose of the Waynesboro Public Library Foundation Committee is to provide a means for the long-term advancement of the Library. The Waynesboro Public Library Foundation, established in 2005, became a committee of the Friends of the Library in 2010. The committee volunteers are dedicated to cultivating individual, corporate, and community support to provide necessary funds for current and future goals.
