The Constitution Park Shelter #1 is located at 215 McElroy Street, West of the South River on Main Street. This shelter is available on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis, unless it is previously reserved. Effective 2/26/10, the fee for shelter reservations for dates after 6/30/10 will be $40.
