Mindful Movement by the River

Quiet your mind and awaken your body in Mindful Movement. This class will explore tai chi, qi gong, and other mindful/ body practices to improve overall mental health and physical well-being.

5 Elements of Yoga 

Explore the 5 elements in Ayurvedic philosophy. They are found in all aspects of life and in all things.  Class will be designed around one element: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Class will move through poses that relate and represent each element and encourages it's associated chakra.  All levels are welcome!

Senior Walk on the Greenway

After being tucked inside for so long… are you ready to get out and get moving a little, while seeing some other faces (while socially distancing, of course)? Join other seniors for morning walks along the Greenway.  Program is free, but pre-registration is required.
