Submission Deadlines
  • First quarter submission deadline is October 15, 2013 for the period of July 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013
  • Second quarter submission deadline is January 15, 2014 for the period of October 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013
  • Third quarter submission deadline is April 15, 2014 for the period of January 1, 2014 through March 30, 2014
