b.    Second consideration/adoption of an ordinance amending the Waynesboro City Code Chapter 98 – Zoning – to add a new primary use for temporary special events permitted by a conditional use permit in all zoning districts.

c.    Second consideration/adoption of an ordinance approving a conditional use permit for Elmore Properties, LLC to modify the build-to requirement in a C-B District for a property located at 222 S. Wayne Avenue, Waynesboro, tax map no. 45-2-21.
