Council Meeting Minutes:

Consider approving the minutes from the February 10, 2020 Regular Business Meeting and the February 19, 2020 Budget Work Session.

Ordinance – Code Amendment – Utility Billing Adjustments.

Ordinance – Animal Services Center:

Appropriating $440,437 FY20 Operating Budget.
3.d.

Ordinance – Public Works – Crack Sealer:

Appropriating $14,839 to purchase a crack sealer.

APPOINTMENT TO WAYNESBORO HISTORICAL COMMISSION:


Consider appointing a candidate to the Historical Commission for an unexpired four-year term ending August 31, 2020.  The candidate will be eligible for reappointment to a four-year term commencing September 1, 2020.

ORDINANCE – MISCELLANEOUS REVENUES:

Consider introducing an ordinance appropriating various miscellaneous revenues received in the amount of $26,702, to multiple funds.

ORDINANCE – POLICE SPECIAL OPERATIONS UNDERCOVER VEHICLE:


Consider introducing Federal Seizure Fund balance funds, in the amount of $22,256, to transfer to the General Fund, to purchase an undercover vehicle for the Special Operations Division.

ORDINANCE – SHERIFF’S SAFETY GLASS INSTALLATION:


Consider introducing an ordinance appropriating restricted fund balance from the Courthouse Security Reserve, in the amount of $4,451 and a portion of restricted fund balance reserves in the Sheriff’s Calendar Fund, in the amount of $199, to the General Fund, for installation of tempered safety glass in the Sheriff’s Office.

ORDINANCE – LIBRARY – LARGE PRINT BOOKS:


Consider adopting an ordinance appropriating a donation from Waynesboro Friends of the Library, in the amount of $5,000, to the General Fund, to purchase large print books.
