a.    Consider adopting the minutes from the March 8, 2023 budget work session and the March 13, 2023 Regular Business Meeting.

b.    Second consideration/adoption of an ordinance amending an approved Planned Unit Development known as Waynesboro Place at Windigrove Drive, Waynesboro, VA, city tax map no. 51-20-1-1, 51-20-1-2, 51-20-2-1, 51-20-3-3, 61-2-3-1 and 62-8-3-2.

PRESENT A PROCLAMATION TO THE YOUTH OF THE YEAR FOR THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF WAYNESBORO, STAUNTON AND AUGUSTA COUNTY.

RECEIVE A DEPARTMENTAL UPDATE FROM THE LIBRARY DIRECTOR.

CONSIDER ADOPTING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (DEQ) AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUNDS AND COMMITTING TO PROVIDING A LOCAL MATCH FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.

CONSIDER ADOPTING THE FOLLOWING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCES TOTALING $403,416:

a.    $313,847 of various grants to the School Operating Fund for operations. 

b.    $64,549 in grant funding to the CAPSAW Fund to create a regional digital opportunity plan.

c.    $25,000 of grant proceeds to the General Fund for a pass-through grant agreement with the Commonwealth of Virginia Agriculture Forestry Industrial Fund.

d.    $20 of donations to the General Fund for police week expenses.


11.

CONSIDER INTRODUCING THE FOLLOWING APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,580:

a.    $7,580 of restricted fund balance to the General Fund for increased access controls at the Gorsuch building.
