CLOSED SESSION:  TO DISCUSS THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE, AS AUTHORIZED BY VA. CODE § 2.2-3711(A)(3); AND TO CONSULT WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING SPECIFIC LEGAL MATTERS REQUIRING THE PROVISION OF LEGAL ADVICE BY OUR ATTORNEY RELATING TO A REAL PROPERTY, AS AUTHORIZED BY VA. CODE §§ 2.2-3711(A)(8), AND 

DISCUSS THE RELOCATION OR EXPANSION OF BUSINESS OR INDUSTRY WHERE NO PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT HAS BEEN MADE, AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION 2.2-3711(A)(5) OF THE VIRGINIA CODE. THE SUBJECT MATTER IS A BUSINESS WHICH HAS INDICATED AN INTEREST IN RELOCATING OR EXPANDING OPERATIONS WITHIN THE CITY RELATING TO VIRGINIA GROWN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AND INCENTIVES UNDER VIRGINIA GRANT PROGRAMS.
