a.    Consider adopting the minutes from the June 12, 2023 Regular Business Meeting.

Second consideration/adoption of the following ordinances.

b.    Assigned and unassigned fund balance to the General Fund to be transferred to the capital fund in the amount of $5,300,292.

c.    Assigned fund balance to the school fund for school renovations in the amount of $4,879,298.

RECEIVE A REPORT REGARDING OPERATIONS AND PLANNED CAPITAL INVESTMENT AT THE REGIONAL LANDFILL.

RECEIVE A REPORT REGARDING THE PROPOSED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR THE FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR 2023 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT.

CONSIDER APPOINTING THREE VIEWERS AND AN ALTERNATE TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION BY HALEY, CHISHOLM & MORRIS, INC. TO CLOSE AND VACATE APPROXIMATELY 0.677 ACRES OF UNIMPROVED STREETS AND ALLEYS DESCRIBED AS OHIO ST. ALONG BLOCK 40 LOT 1 AND OHIO ST. ALONG BLOCK 42 LOT 12 AND NORTH AUGUSTA AVENUE BETWEEN BLOCK 40 LOTS 1&2 AND BLOCK 42 LOTS 12-16 AND 4 FT. OF LOT 17.

RECEIVE A REPORT REGARDING THE SOUTH RIVER PRESERVE NORTH PROJECT.

RECEIVE A REPORT REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO CITY CODE CHAPTER 14, “ANIMALS”.

CONSIDER ADOPTING THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCES:

a.    Various grant revenues to the School Fund in the amount of $434,738.

b.    Various revenues from insurance proceeds and the sale of scrap in the amount of $41,353 to the General Fund for various Public Works expenditures.
