2017-045 DuPont Long Term Easement 900 Essex Avenue
The City of Waynesboro is the owner of real property, known as the City Shops, situated along the South River. DuPont has agreed to conduct certain activities relating to mercury accumulation in river depositional areas, on the floodplain, and on the river banks (the “Project”). In order to effectuate the maintenance and long-term phases of the Project, DuPont has requested that the City grant to it a permanent easement over portions of the City’s property to allow DuPont to complete the Project on various banks of the South River.

Permit brewpubs by right in C-B, L-B, and H-B Districts. Define and establish use standards for both. Amend parking ratio requirements for certain restaurants. Amend electronic sign restrictions. Amend service bay door restrictions.
