Prior to their regular meeting on May 17 beginning at 5:30 p.m., there will be a brief ceremony dedicating the new Historical Storyboard for the War Memorial Pool.

It will be held at the main entrance to the pool.  The storyboard is to be mounted outside to the right side of the entrance.

An Honor Guard from the American Legion Post 340 will be attending.

After the ceremony, they will have a brief in-person meeting at one of the shelters.

The agenda will include the Native American Day in November.  Also, the chair may have a report about a school outreach program.
