What are these new signs?

The "Perry the Raindrop" Interactive Educational signs were created to lead you along a tour of a stormwater detention pond and to assist you in learning how "raindrops" are a part of stormwater management that affect the S. River, the Chesapeake Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean.
